A consultation fee of $40 per person is required for new installations. There is no charge for transfer clients and a consultation is required prior to scheduling an appointment.
Full payment for services are due at the time of service. LocksBylandi accepts all major credit cards and cash payments only. Checks are NEVER accepted. Advanced payments can be made online and in person.
A deposit of 25% of the total payment is required to schedule a Sisterlocks installation appointment. Deposits are required to secure the client's desired date and are not refundable. The remaining balance is due at the end of the first day of the installation. Deposit for Installation must only be applied to an installation should you need to reschedule. Please allow 7 days notice for cancellation or rescheduling installation appointment.
If you see that you are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call since unexpected delays can backup subsequent services. LocksByLandi.com reserves the right to cancel any appointment should the estimated time of arrival conflict with other client's services. LocksByLandi.com also reserves the right to discontinue servicing a client for repeat cancellations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must cancel 24 hours in advance to reschedule their appointment. An automatic No Show/cancellation fee applies if notice is not given at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment and client must pay this fee prior to scheduling future appointments.. LocksByLandi reserves the right to discontinue service to clients for repeat cancellations.
Preparation for Installation and Retightening Services
All clients must wash their hair at least 2 days before their service. The hair should be free of any conditioner, grease, ect… Installations are broken into 2 to 3 days. Each day is blocked for 10 hours. Clients are to provide their own meals. Proper arrangements should be made to attend the entire day before booking an installation service.
About your Follow-up appointment.
As a part of the Sisterlocks package, all clients receive a complimentary 3-4 week follow-up after their installation. If the client does not make their followup appointment, the follow-up appointment will be void. The next appointment would be considered a full retightening session where normal rates apply.
Underage Children and additional guests
Due to limited space guest and children are not allowed during installations and retightening services unless receiving service.
Tranfer Clients - A consultation is required prior to scheduling an appointment. Transfer clients must have had their Sisterlocks installed by a Certified Sisterlocks Consultant or a Sisterlocks Trainee.
